Karna<BR/><BR/>I make a much less complicated "Swedish pancake" which is very crepelike....my recipe is 3-2-1, 3 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 cup flour, a dash of salt..and about 1/3 cup oil which I put into the pan to heat and then add to the above ingredients already blended in a blender. Then just pour in enough for a crepe, swish the pan and fry up.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
